Innovative Technology, Inc can engineer a custom Glove Box or Gas purification System from the ground floor up. Since 1981 we have used our considerable knowledge to design both standard products and customer specific solutions. Innovative Technology, Inc offers design services ranging from proof of concept drawings to Professional Engineer approved designs. No matter the complexity, we can customize a Glove Box or Gas Purification System that will meet your applications atmospheric and ergonomic requirements.

Our state of the art Solid Works 3D Modeling software allows you the customer to approve your custom design prior to fabrication. Our experienced Sales and Technical Staff are able to talk you through the pros and cons of specific design concepts from both an application and ergonomic point of view.

You can follow the design phase of your project every step of the way by downloading a free SolidWorks eDrawings Viewer in a matter of a few minutes. eDrawings is free software that lets you view and print eDrawings(eDRW, ePRT, eASM), native SolidWorks documents (sldprt, sldasm, slddrw) , DXF, and DWG format files.

OLED & PLED Thin Film Deposition Evaporator Gloveboxes

Interconnected Glove Box line with integrated Pure Solv MD Solvent Purification Systems. This system was designed for the development and fabrication of organic electronic devices.

Gas Purifier used for inert welding of jet engine turbines. Feature set includes; three (3) inch stainless steel gas flow piping for rapid purging of weld station. Three (3) inch Swagelok bulkheads air tight integration to weld station. Triple purifying column design for redundancy. Mass Flow gas control, high pressure regulators, Custom PLC interface.

Glove Box will have a 150 ton hydraulic press mounted inside for use in the production of lithium batteries. Glove Box has all of the necessary safety features for press operation incorporated. Ongoing service of the press has also been taken into consideration.

The system shown incorporates a standard PureLab HE 4 Glove Double Sided Box with a customized antechamber. The customer will be introducing large components that would not fit through a standard ante chamber. Due to the size of the inner antechamber door, it has been automated thus requiring a ceiling mounted compartment to accommodate the vertical door motion when opening. The two piece door compartment allows for easy maintenance of the doors electric components.

Custom Welding Glove Box

The Glove Box also includes Dual Gas Purifiers providing a redundant <1ppm welding operation and a cooling system for operator comfort.

The antechamber will be connected to a customer specified Stokes Vacuum Pump with a pumping speed of 300 CFM.

Custom Glove Box Sputtering System

Inert Glove Box is integrated to custom PVD Sputtering System. Due to the unique size and configuration of the Sputtering System the Glove Box involves a number of ergonomic upgrades including a operator platform; front loading rectangular antechamber and oval glove ports.
